One more question guys please help gsxr600

sorry for all the questions. ive been using the internet all night and i cant find out ****.

i got the flywheel off of the 05gsxr 600 and im ready to put the new one on. do i have to do ANYTHING with the timing of the bike? or do i just bolt on the new flywheel and put the stator and cover on and fill it up with oil, and ready to go? sorry for the dumb questions fella's i usually dont do internal motor work myself. and now i know why. but damn i hate dealerships!

Re: One more question guys please help gsxr600

your not going to find much on actual internal work here... most guys on this site dont know what the inside of a motor looks like... make sure everything is bolted back up the same way it was when you took it off, then time it like i said

Buy a Service manuel ... But Fiddy has is right... Your timing markers
(when #1 is in TDC) Line up.. Then Attach chain and Finish assembly..

Good luck..
