929 Wont Start
929 Wont Start
Ok I know there are threads out there been looking and reading, but I got no good answers from them.
My 929 fuel pump is not priming. I can run poer direct and ground it and it pumps. Im not getting power to the pump from the plug. The tp sensor is right and the relay is good acually bought a new one to try it. I can manually prime it and it will run. Just want to try to get it right. Could it be my ECM ? By looking at the schematics thats all I got left. Oh and fuses are good, its not in gear, not out of fuel, kill switch isnt on, and the sensor is wired together. Any ideas on this or should I try an ECM. Also something weird not sure if it makes a difference but the servo motor sound like it runs constinatly it definatly make a noise.

hmm.
triple check the "safety" circuit.. i mean like from beginning to end.. N switch, kill sitch, clutch switch and kickstand switch.
if those are all good, and you have no power getting to the fuel pump (meter the output from the ECU to the relay and the relay to the pump) then go form there.. power at the pump? bad pump.. power at the relay but not to the pump? bad relay.. power to the relay coil? bad relay.
no power? try another ECU before committing to buying one and test the wiring and connector.
lots of simple of complex **** it could be. i'm no honda expert tho.. otherwise i'd probably have a better idea for ya. sorry.
good luck.
