hb question

i have the hohey dual caliper setup with a magura master, its bled pretty good and has good pressure but the stopping power isn't as strong as when i just had the junction valve. i mean it used to bite pretty hard and could lock up the rear wheel. is it the new pads or my crappy brake bleedin job?
