Help ... How do i wire the fan on my f4i constant

I dont wanna run any extra wires ... I want to tap in to the plug for the actual fan .... So when key comes on fan does also ... There is one wire going to temp switch .. One is a powere coming in ... And the other goes from the plug to a ground bolt . On the radiator ..

Any help asap would be great .
