fuel burning too fast..

about 7 months ago i blew my old motor, I just changed the motor recently with another one, with my old motor i use to burn about 130 miles to the tank before having to refill it, now im busting down to 100 miles with this new motor, i havent been doing anything differently than i normally do, i still ride the same, but the only difference now, is im riding in city traffic more Vs 7 months ago i lived in lakeland where thats more open roads. My bike is a 2002 R1, Im still putting in hi octane, do i need like a simple tune up like new spark plugs and coilcaps or what? and i have plenty of air in my tires..

put new plugs in it. and check your tire pressure. don't say you have 'plenty.' this is not a car. you do not have 4 wheels to keep you up.
you are riding in the city. get used to shitty gas mileage.
