Bike starts and idles really low and dies when I give it any gas... HELP!!!!

I have a SUzuki RF600 which I bought a few months back.

I did some tune up work on it but i'm still coming short on getting this sucker to work.

Here is the list of Maintainance I'vr done on it:
I've cleaned out the carbs, I've changed the spark plugs, Oil and Oil filter (but i may have used the wrong oil so i'm going to change it again), emptied out the old gas and put stablizer in with a freash tank of gas.

I just finished cleaning the carbs and cranked it a few times and it started right up so i took it for a spin around the block and it seemed to do great but then as i was on my way back to my house it started to bog down and then it was idleing some wicked low RPMs and it wouldn't let me give it any gas or it would die...

Sorry if this was a bit long but I wanted to give enough detail so someone could steer me in the right direction. Any help would be REALLY appreciated!!!

(oh and i've checked all the plugs by grounding them and all 4 cylenders are sparking and i checked the bowls on the carbs and there is gas coming out of the drains when i open them up.)

I just went out again and fiddled with the choke and i got it to start and rev up and I took it out again and sure enough it died (i expected that). but it seemed that it would die after i pulled the clutch in and let it rev down as i coasted down the street

Something is damaged or blocked in the carb, maybe a pilot jet clogged or also check your fuel screws make sure their not damaged or you may need to synch the carbs Sounds like the vacuuming is out of wack.

Is there anyway I can sync the carbourator on my own or would I have to get someone to do that for me??

the carbs 100% make sure the air box and all boots are sealed up good n tight,to much air and it wont run right, not enuf and it wont run right. turn your air/fuel screw all the way in on all of them and turn them out about 2.5-3 full turns they normally run best like that. if you didnt mess with the carb sync, i wouldnt worry to much. if you can, start it, at idle, take some carb clean and spray around all the boots (from the carbs to the block) if the engine rpms change (normally going up) they need to be sealed up. black RTV silicone works best. then if its not any of that. check your pilot jets, most likely clogged. either clean or buy new ones. theyre only 2.50 a pop. and get fresh plugs. always helps...

sounds like your float levels are off.
did you check them when you were rebuilding the carbs?
