Stoppie to Rolling Stoppie

Stoppie to Rolling Stoppie
Alright I gotta get over this hump. I can bring the rear up like 3-4 feet just braking hard coming to a stop, but the rolling stoppie is really what I'd like to do. How do I train myself to get on the brakes harder when I'm going faster then 10mph?

practice
Thats easy......do it over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, ahhh you get the point!!!
When I started doing tham about a year and a half ago, I freaked out when the rear end came up about three inches, you just get used to it after a while...pretty soon you just get used to it and the next thing you know you are rolling 10'....then 20'....then 100'........I got 450' now and its still not far enough!!!!! Good luck!
As far as going form just locking the front break and flinging the *** end into theair for a second....try rollin in with a little more speed (like 20 mph or so). Dont just grab 100% of the front brake.......grab about 80% and give your body a little "jump" to take some weight off the back end......it will come up real easy......then you can ease off the brake as the bike comes to a stop. That shoudl help you roll at least 10-15' or so. Hope it helps.

practice "panic stopping" as hard as you can from 40 mph. count each time you do it. by time #20, you will be very good at knowing how quick you can stop. now MAKE yourself add in some extra brake on time #21. keep doing it. the rear will state to lift, it's fine. do it 100 times, you'll get it.

just skip the whole stoppie thing and go straight for the rollin' endos. thats what i did and it seemed to work for me. after about 30 passes i was rollin' prolly about 10'. now i just need to work on getting the rear end higher
