636 dual fans
Re: 636 dual fans
yeah man. u can ubolt it and spin it 180degrees, and it'll line back up. i didnt try running my bike like this, but it shouldnt make a difference. but even then, u still dont have **** for room, and now the wires going to the cam sensor, as close as hell to the exhaust.
Re: 636 dual fans
i figured out how to make it fit. im gonna make some gangster set up, ill post pics soon as i can. i have some shows an XDL long beach an then ill have time to take my radiator off to weld some mounts for a R1 fan....

Re: 636 dual fans
I had two fans on my 04 750 with one wired to turn on with the key and the other set up stock to the temp sensor. It never got hot enough for the second fan to turn on, so I didn't bother with a second fan when I got my 636
Re: 636 dual fans

Re: 636 dual fans
nah man its not like that... mounting it is simple... flip it upside down, and theres already tabs on the radiator for it.
problem is, the cam sensor is in the way. and if you move the radiator out, you run into issues with the front wheel tagging it, or the bars hitting before it gets to full-lock.
i already run my fan on a switch, i was just curious if anyone was runnin duals.

i ran a 2006 r6 fan for my 2nd fan and i turned the sensor 45 dergrees to make it clear, had to weld a small tab to mount... hope this helps
