99 f4 - cant speed up

Hello

I have a 99 honda cbr600 f4, carbs and not inject.

I bought the bike after a crash and I removed all the fairings and now after I finished the builed he run like ****.

In the city its OK , on low speed but last night I took the bike to the highway and I saw how bad the bike runs.

I dont have clocks but I think I didnt get to see 130 KMH (about 80 mph)
The bike run like it have no fule but its not.
I think that the reason to this can be air not comming good to the air box or something- as I removed the 2 air ducts.

But still many off you guys run the bike without them.

Any ideas ?

Sorry about my bad english

Here is how the bike look like,

did you have the carbs cleaned.. if you take them off theres 4 screws on the bottom of each carb.. take it off and look to see if theres any build up.. if there is spray it w/carb cleaner and see if it runs any better if it does have them rebuilt/cleaned

There is a tube that sticks out front which is like a air sensor you need to kink it ans stop the air going through i had the same problem with mine. it normally connect to front fairing and is part of ram air. its about half inch diameter and grey in colour. hope this helps
