Re: what happened to my brembo????

when your bleeding it try also pushing the pad out with the bleeder open and then closing it and letting it suck back out, air bubble inside the slave cyl can sometimes stick there even with a good bleeding.

Re: what happened to my brembo????

ok one trick i was told by a friend a few years ago : bleed it out normally , after twist the master so the res port is higher then the line.zip tie the lever in the closed and walk away . i usually do this over night. in the morning tap the master a few times lightly with a hammer or socket etc etc . after hold the lever and cut the zip tie , then slowly release the lever . any leftover air should have worked its way to the top and been sitting by the masters piston. when u release the lever the air should go into the tube , then just squeeze the tube to get it out the res .

Re: what happened to my brembo????

another idea . you said you greased / lubed everything . are u sure you have the little metal spring thats in the top of the caliper in the right way ? if its in backwards that could cause this . its supposed to have the 2 tabs sticking out away from the piston .
