so anyone every jb weld their moose ez pull where the lil slot thing is? you know how you have 3 settings and that thin *** metal things thats supposed to hold the adjuster in place? well my third setting broke and thats where i keep mine at, anyone ever just fill that with jb weld or anything similar to it so it doesnt move? mine right now doesnt move but if you touch the clutch cable it move all along the settings

im not sure if this makes sense but i dont really know how else describe it

 

i tried it once and it came out after about 2 hours..so i just had it tack welded.. no more probs...

 

You mean the thing on top? Mines been jb welded for a few years

 

yeah the top thing that is a circle and has the lil pointer like thing at the end and the pointer goes into one of three slots

Yep. Little ball of JB Qwik pushed down in there.. its actually starting to come off now but lasted like 2 years

 

yeah thats the only bad thing about them. ive never had one that hasnt broke. JB Weld is the master fixxer.

 

so you just filled the blank area and all around the circle thing ontop with jb weld? or whatd you do?

yeah i mean this is the first time ive ever used an easy pull, used stock on f4i and r6, and i ******* love it, i will never run stock clutch again, i have the clutch arm extension mod and the ez pull its ridiculous how easy it is

 

thats what i did and its been holding for the last couple months. just make sure you let it dry overnight before using it again, a full 24 hours is preferable if u can.

 

well thats good ill just do that, and the bike has no front wheel or rear wheel or subframe on it or chain and sprocket

so its gonna be sitting for a lil more then 24 hours

 

did you guys just jb weld the top of it? or did you take the whole lil thing out and jb weld it in place?
