636 help

took the bike out yesterday and just messed around not a serious session, but i started to notice that there was some movement in my forks like popping when i hit the front brakes. I checked my triple and just went through the front end seems like its my bearings. Has anyone had this problem and if so any tips for changing them, ive never had to do this before.

this bike has been 1 prob after another, i have put 300 miles on the bike and so far i had to replace the clutch, brakes, stator and a ******* mouse nested in my bike for the winter and ate a **** load of wire that i had to fix!!!!!!!

Are all 636s money pits?????

what are the most common probs

Re: 636 help

Pull the axle out and grease the **** out of it.

Sounds like a Mouse in the bike did some damage. Stock clutch cables if ran incorrectly will fray and break in no time. I am on stock front pads at 25k miles, busted a stator once, and wiring is alllll custom...lol

Re: 636 help

theres a special way to tightening a stem.. lubing an axle is pointless.
