That's good news bro, glad you didn't have a problem. Any time I've had to deal with something cable related required hours on my bike trying to find the problem and/or getting a pair of pliers and trying to get the kink out of the cable... although it never worked Anyway man good luck and I hope it holds up! If not remember young grasshopper... Ebay!:YEAH

Im having the same problem on my r6.. i adjusted the play on the throttle and with play or without my throttle had a lag every time i rev or hit the gas.. Friends were telling me that i need lube. And my friends with gsxr's stated that there was another screw that you may have to tighten to adjust the throttle control that was located behind the fairing on the left side of the bike..

I dunno how you have all these issues with clip-on's

i've never had a problem with MX bars on my bike or my friends
