Re: 05 zx6r lighting problems

replace all cut wires with good wiring harness. you don't need the bike cutting off because of janked up wiring, the safe route would be good wiring harness.then go from there. (on a gixxer all the wiring harness that go up front plug into the main wiring harness, meaning you might not have to replace all the wiring in the bike, just the the messed up ones.)

if not, splice wires, tape them up, clutch it up, brappp! you could tape a flashlight to the front....

Re: 05 zx6r lighting problems

bump for the wireing problems man. my lights went out one day so my buddy and i got em workin again (somehow).

so i started it up clutch in drop it in first then the lights go out. i'm baffled at this point.

Not to mention that my bike is a total wireing nightmare...in the front that is anyway. i'd splice the wires and reconnect them but i ain't no expert. if you figure it out let me know how it went or if you buy all new wires lemme know how much that ran ya because i'm close to rippin all my **** out.
