MSR raptor clutch lever on F4i HELP

so i installed the msr raptor pro clutch lever on my f4i and the tension is really stiff, but when i put it on the easiest pull level its really easy to pull the lever in, but when i let go it isnt fully engaged. do i have to adjust the cable from below by the engine casing?

btw the adjuster screw on the lever is all the way in. its hard to even twist the screw outwards. i jes dont know where to adjust for it to fully engage on the easiest pull setting

Yeah you gotta adjust it down on the right side of the motor. You should ALWAYS have atleast a 1/4 inch of freeplay in your clutch. If your **** is hard to pull from the farthest point out. its still pullin on the clutch and your gonna burn your **** out. adjust it before you ride anymore.. and you might not want it on the easiest to pull setting. you have to pull it to far to get it to fully disengage... mabe its just me but I got it at the middle setting and love it.

ya gotta take off the fancy black plastic cover and pull out the adjuster and turn the thing that holds the adjuster into the right possition.

Re: MSR raptor clutch lever on F4i HELP

just play with it a lil adjusting it at the the bottom and then up top you should have the adjuster on the lever out a few turns if not half way but dont go to far out, you dont want the adjuster on the lever only hangin on by a few threads
