I have a 2003 f4i and when I bought it it did not have the front turn signals back turn signals, and horn hook up. I am trying to fix it but the wires were a mess...I got the turn signals to work front and back but now my running tail lights are not coming on. The break light does work. Also the bike is not starting and there is a red light on besides the neutral light.. the wires I have right now in the front are two blues with one green and two oranges with one green. Can anyone help? does anyone have a wiring diagram? I do here and whinning showing that the injection is on, but I also hear when I try to turn it on...is it normal?

 

ok is it your oil light or your fuel injection light that is coming on besides the neutral light? Also does the bikes still have a tip-over sensor and is it hooked up properly?

 

it is the oil light. The fi light comes off. I am not sure what sensor that would be can you help? I am a newbie. The oil level is fine..the tank is empty

 

shouldnt be a sensor issue cause your oil light should come on anyways until the bike is started up. check to see if the fuel pump is priming when you turn the key...not trying to start it. You should be able to hear it building up pressure cause otherwise that narrows it down quite a bit.
