another newbie gear question(please help)
i've been reading all of the threads on this site since the last hundred days and have learned a lot, i've been riding for a month and can already pull a nice first gear wheelie (working on second)
i'm on a 01' F4i and wanting to replace the stock gears, from what i read most start with around 1- and 2+, will this help me get it up easier? I have also heard that by gearing it up it is hard to keep the front tire on the ground in low gears when your trying to haul a@@ and not stunt, i'm mostly interested in stuntin' but if i need to jig' on someone i don't want to worry about looping on just trying to get away, any help would be appreciated

i would say that between +3 and +5 in the back would be fine for you. (or equiv.. so like -1 up front +2 in back, etc)
i had +4 on my gixxer6, and it was still very rideable.
