f4i,929 lower triple mod

anyone have pics of the 929 954 lower triple stops cut to make it fit the f4i....
im using a dremel and my bike is out side so i dont want to be out there tring to figure out how far to cut,take it off cut more...know what i mean..its 20 degrees out right now.....

i never cut/ground mine. it works good enough

Me either, I just thought you had to if you were using the 600RR front end.

humm cause i could have swore that everyone running that they had to trim the tabs to get full turn radius

the turning radius IS a little worse than with the stock front, but its still good enough. I think you're confused with 1000rr and 600rr fronts.

humm,, well i am running 1000rr forks but a 929 lower and a hohey top...but i guess i slap it on with no triming..thanks man

I trimmed the bottom of my front fairing mount down so it would have the turn radius its suppose to. I was going to just roll with it but i knew it would bug the **** out of me every time i had to back my bike up to turn around I used a 4" grinder worked nice and only took a couple extra min.

^^^ cool thanks man..i didnt know that it would hit there....so when you have it turned all the way it dont hit the stops???

still hits the stops the radius is close to stock tho the fairing bracket is what i found to be limiting the radius
