Fuel pump works if I bypass everything and put 12v on it directly. I checked relays, tip over sensor. The relay is good but I dont hear it clicking, The tip over sensor works as intended because I hear the relay click when i tilt the sensor. Any ideas?

 

could be a badf ignition, check the pink wire, i think its supposed to have 9 volts coming from it. i have seen a lot of this lately...

 

What component of the ignition are you talking about? Also where is the pink wire located, Im sorry for the dumb question im at work rite now so I cant look at the bike.

 

You gotta follow electrical from where you are getting current to where you are not.

 

Its a pink wire running directly into the botom of the ignition... its a diode right cj? I have heard a little about this problem... could be your rectifier also

yea, theres a diode in the ignition that drops the voltage from 12~volts to 9, the computer wont allow the spark or pump to function with out it. the pink wire in the 4pin connector that comes out of the ignition
