ok, now i put a new fuel pressure regulator and plugs in, at first it ran fine but when id go to clutch it up in higher rmps it would sputter as soon as id rev it, and now it seems to be floodin itself out again. anything? please!

It dies out in high RPMs? You just replaced the regulator and spark plugs? Check all your injector plugs and wires to make sure everything is clean and tightly fastened. Double check your fuel situation and make sure you have no holes and crimped fuel lines or such. Also, make sure you got the right plugs in it and that they are in fact good plugs and not damaged or bad.
