ok honda 929 front end i have it all apart but cant slide the two peices apart, i have undone the round clip on the inside under the dust cover but the **** just wont come apart, is there another clip somewhere ??

check a few threds down from this one, i was havin the same problem with the 1000rr frontend on my f4i, not to many tricks to this just keep slaming them apart

i had an old 600rr fork here that was fucked up and i started hacking at that first.. .

the first fork took me 3 hours LOL the 2nd one took me 20min

 

But are they LEAKING??LOL YET!

 

finished mine last nite, and rode hard on the street for 4 hours, not a drop
