running no headlight??

How do some people manage to run without a headlight. Everytime I remove mine my bike wont run.... so .. How do you bypass the plug or what is it that you do to keep it running.

Some bikes have the starting circuit worked into the gauges and headlights. It's probably a safety feature so people like you don't ride without headlights, heh. Just hook some little PIAA's up.

you have to run a jumper wire on the connector that either goes to your headlight or your gauges (i think its your headlight) my friend had to do it on his F4i when he ran it at the track

Try losing the fuses that go to your gauges and your headlights?

check to make sureit's not something else. my friends 95 900rr runs fine without the headlight so something eithe changed on the 96's or it's something else when you unplug your headlight.
