Re: F4i Idle

It's EXTREMELY simple just gotta take off the airbox and when you look at the throttle bodies in the front on the right side you'll see a screw which is holding the throttle blades open a lil. Just take that screw out and put in the new idle cable and bayum your done. If possible get a 954 or 600RR cable cause they're a lil longer. My f4i cable is just a little to short to stick out and it sucks when I have gloves on and gotta reach a lil under the tank.

An why is your idle at 700? Stock is supposed to be 1,300 -/+100 O_o Turn up your factory idle cable a lil when the bike is warmed up.

Re: F4i Idle

take your stock adjuster and pull it out to right above your front sprocket guard. you should be able to adjust it from there. i dont run a sprocket guard on my bike so that may be why i can do it, but i dont think it would effect it any.
