Rear brake is shot.

So when i got the bike the rear break barely worked (it would take forever to stop useing only the rear) and now it doesnt work at all. i mostly use front brake anyways so w/e . i had to stick money into it right off the bat for a tip over sencor at the shop. so now im wondering if the pads are rubbed all the way off or if the lube somehow lost pressure. cause there is like virtually no resistance on the rear brake pedal. you guys think it was just loss of pressure or pads or the whole thing is jacked up

Re: Rear brake is shot.

look at the pads and check the master to see if it's full of fluid if all this is ok then bleed the brakes...

If there's no resistance then I'd have to go with you got air in the system. If your pads were bad it would still have resistance just you wouldn't really stop. Check your banjo bolts an make sure they're tight, check your system for any damage or leaking, and then bleed your brakes.
