What is the best sproket ratio?

I have an 06' gixer 600 and i want more teeth in the back. But I don't know how much to go up. I want more teeth for easier stunting but the right amount to still race it around the canyon. Also, what is the best ratio for a stunted out f4i? I have been pieceing one together and Im not sure what ratio to use for it. Suggestions?

You want more teeth to stunt easier? get a grill!

But on a serious note rock stock for a while untill your comfortable with balance point and then go ten up.
