set up ideas

So I got to ride today and everything about that bike feels wrong.

1st and biggest, my handbrake is ontop. I got the left sided master witch has the square master cylinder so I couldn't figure out another configuration. I have got to figure something out with that, or loose it.

2nd. bike had a Micron highmount on it and a power commander. I took both off and went to stock, man does that bitch break up off accel ..pop.pop sounds and feels like ****

3rd. rats nest of wires need to be delt with.

Does anyone have the link to get the factory manuals online. I did a search but couldn't find anything.
