aight i just got this in yesterday. i pull the old lever off..put the clutch cable in this one..and set it in the adjuster. didnt take too much effort..then i mounted it to my bars..pull in and its hard as **** to pull and righ tas im lettin go i hear *CLICK*



WTF?? is this no ****** good now? it broke all three of the lil slots it didnt come with any special instructions so i figured it was just like everything else wtf didnt i do?

 

msr rocks huh.........lol

my buddy rides his like that ,don't sweat it..

if it bothers you i have heard of people using epoxy to lock it in the position they want it in

ok i was just trippin that **** snapped quick as hell!!!! as long as it still works..whats that piece even do?

 

i think it sets the angle for the cable so the cable doesn't grind on the side..

 

hmmm....oh well

 

that just happens on msrs ive had 4 all break that lil 3 piece **** in like 1 or 2 days.....SO buttter

 

just keep an eye on the clutch cable.

 

That sucks Happened to my boy as well..... Is the moose any better?

 

Moose is good too. But it only has 2 adjustable positions for the cable vice 3. No big difference.

 

me and a friend just ordered a moose and msr and they are identical. The msr has 3 holes but the 3rd one isn't the easy one. The brackets must be made by the same company. I bought the msr cause i thought the 3rd hole would make it better.
