f4i clutch wires

Bike is a 01 f4i, I was wondering , The 2 wires that go into the clutch master, If i tie those 2 wires together, Will that bypass having to pull in the clutch to start it?

the ones that plug into the clutch perch and run to the headlight/turnsignal/horn switch ... yes.
