636 breaking up

its breaking up probably at 10,000rpm & up.No gauges so I cant say for sure.No FI codes. It will rev to redline but just wont pull above 10,000rpm.changed plugs & my gas.Its not the clutch. WTF any suggestions?

The coils maybe? I dont ******* know.Works fine in lots but I took it on the street the other day and thats when I really noticed.
