929 not priming

i bought a 929 stunt bike. its was kinda beat up. i road the bike home then tore it apart to fix a list of things. there was a broken key in the ignition so i had that taken out and new keys made. i replaced the batterie. i had to replace the steering stem bearings so when i took the forks off i unpluged all the wires in the front. well i get every thing back together and it will not start. the fuel pump is not priming. i cant find where the tip over switch was but im sure it was bypassed. we checked fuses and relays they seem to be good.the clutch is a moose clutch and the clutch wires are not connected to anything. but i road it to my house with it like that. i think its been bypassed. the computer was recently replaced. any suggestions would be very helpfull. im ready to ride this damn thing.
thank nathan l
