Im having a hard time trying to sell the thing, so i think im gonna say fugg it and stunt it out. My question is about oil starvation. I was looking on www.stuntex.com and reading about the oil pick-ups. Wanted to know about ease of installation and what kind of luck people have had with them.

Another question I have is about the last sentence in a paragraph on the website.

"This modification is intended for use in stuntbikes only."

Now is this not good for street use or what???

It's minty minty!!! Looking to get $6500-7000 for it. Mileage is 7800.

 

Seems a shame to stunt its a nice bike,but if you do, sell the exhaust,you shouldnt have any probs selling that on e-bay.I stunted my 03 1k straight from the showroom,i took off the plastics & bought scratched up ones off e-bay.You will need a pick up for sure,my mate just blew his lump on a long wheelie,ive heard there not to bad to fit.

 

yea the stuntex oil pickup is good for street and lot use and if you are gonna stunt it buy one before you start it saves alot of money

 

blew my 03 1k in about 3 months... definitely get the Stuntex pickup. It will save alot of headaches...:YEAH

it helps out alot, but i still lose oil pressure during bar tricks,
on the website it says something about field tested and run on the bar for 5 minutes with no oil light, = bullsh1t
