HELP!! Brakes are gone!!

ok Im such an idiot, yes I know. THis morning I was gonna be late to work so I was in a hurry. I tried taking off with the freakin' wheel lock still on the fron rotor. The lever would come in all the way, I pumped the lever a bit until it hardened again. I tried taking off again after removing the lock and as I started picking up speed my front brake went dead again. When I stop, its fine, I just have to pump it a bit and thats all. The problem is when I take off. Any ideas? what should I do?
