anyone had one of these **** up..both of my igntions have popped them i think... both have the pink wire hanging out now..so what would cause these to **** up..my bikes been down for over a month and ive replaced pretty much everything on my f4i that has to do with wiring..except my kill switch pod that is ****ed up..when i start it i crank it by just crossing the yellow and red? wire with the solid black wire...would starting it like this cause that diode to break or what...im lost...anyone had to replace one of these...HELP.

I have no idea but when you find out let me know I got the exact same problem and am through buying parts that don't help..

 

I believe it is just a 30ohm diode/resistor.... not %100 sure, but you can get them at radioshack for cents.
