Whats up guys I got a CBR F4 with a f4i tail conversion on it. I need help on wireing my acerbis front headlight to the headlight wire harness ? I need to get this on quick so I can start riding, anyone out there know how ? OR have the diagram ? thanks in adnvaced

 

get a voltage meter

 

and do what with it ?

 

take the 3 top wires from the acerbis and the 3 bottom wires and seperate them put one of the supplied connectors on the top 3 and one on the bottom three. Use ur voltage meter to find power if you don't already have a headlight if so then just chop the wires and connect your acerbis to those

 

here is a pic of the headlight, I wired all top three wires togethor, and all bottom wires togehtor. and here is a shot of the headlight harness, wich wires do i tap into ?

 

dbounce just saw your post after i posted. i tried to post pics but they didnt work.anyway i did wire all 3 top and all 3 bottom, i got this used so i dont have anything extra. I looked at my headlite harness and there are 2 green wires with clips and one blue and orange, and then one plug that goes to the orignal headlight bulb. Now what i need to know is what to hardwire the top and bottom set of wires from by acerbiss to wat wires on the headlight wire haress. thanks for the help guys im tryin to get this on so i can hit the streets tonite !

suicidl, thanks now what do i just do use my metter to see wich one of those 3 wires has power ? do i wire both of the top wires and bottom wires from the acerbis headlight to the one wire that has power or what ?

 

all you need to do is T tap into the blue and green wire and hook the acerbis up from there ......and if your not planing on using blinker ...then you can just unplug all that crap and tap into the wires on the back of the plug ...makes it alot cleaner

 

Moral I dont need to use front blinkers as of now, but will prob need in the future. Ok so you said T tap into the blue and green wire, so basicly I have 2 wires coming from the acerbic one top set and one bottom set, just t tap the top set of the wires from acbis headlight to green or blue wire that connectes to wire harnes, and connect bottom set of wires from my acerbis to the blue or green wire. (when i say blue OR green) meaning im gona have to **** around to see what should b connected to what, but its eather the blue or the green ? DO I have this down correct ?

 

green = ground
blue = power
