I'm about to shoot it with the AK
I hate electrical. Someone PLEASE help.
2000 f4. Got sprockets on yesterday, go ride, works fine, liiiittttle bit of sputtering every now and then (after a wheelie or HARD acceleration..figgered it was a fuel problem). Get home to take a shower, and then was gunna ride to a party. However, I walked back out put the key in, and turn... We all know when you turn the key all the lights and what not comeon.....not this time. So I'm a bit baffled, so I push it into the garage, hook it up to a charger and STILL get nothing. So tonight I get all new fuses, and get..nothing. Tightened the battery connections and get nothing. I figure with a charger/starter the lights would at least come one but they didnt. What would cause an electrical problem like this, with the bike running one minute, to turn it off, and then won't start 25 minutes later...

The 3 prong diode in the fuse box? If so I'll try to pick one up somewhere, doesn't look to expensive, and obviously pulls right out......
