for some reason I can not get my clutch to engage. When the motor is running I pull in the clutch and the bike still wants to go, and when the motor is not running I can pull in the clutch but the bike will not roll freely. It becomes hard to move with the clutch pulled in. Has anyone had this problem.

My first answer would be that you need to adjust your clutch, but I don't know how mechanically inclined you are. (I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, I'm just asking) If you already did that, it sounds like a warped clutch steel plate.
