Sprockets 4 r1

Hi all i have a 01 r1 wot is the best Sprockets to use 4 slow stuff and still have good speed i have a 45 no the back and a 15 on the front. tix phil

its cheap but i hear its bad for motors due to the crank spinning faster then the sprockets, somthing like getting on a mountian bike and peddling as fast as u can in the easiest gear...
