yes the compression and rebound, but when they stop, dont force it, you could damage it. Those are just little slotted screw things, ones on the shocks resevoir, and ones on the bottom of the shock. But the most important one is the spring preload. tighten that **** all the way up....use the spanner wrench in any Honda tool kit. Tighten it till it stops clicking

Alright, I went out and messed with it.. the one screw on the reservoir was all the way in already.. I turned the one on the right side of the shock all the way in.. it was out a bit.. and I tried to tighten the spring itself but I think it's all the way tight.... I dunno for sure though

It feels really soft in the rear still
