Re: Slow Wheelies

high idle son.. that gives you a nice transition.. Gas Gas Gas,,, then nothing for a second and then you start to ease on the brake.. Concentrate on being as smooth as possible with both imputs and you'll be a champ... Then once you learn,, turn back down your idle, because someone is going to call you a cheater..

Re: Slow Wheelies

because they are gutless and then when they finally hit they all of a sudden have power.. Soo youll be on the gas lots down low in the rpm, but once they come up all of a sudden the bike has power and youll be giving it too much gas and loop it.. A 250 has a more gradual increse in torque so its alot easier to use.. Cover that brake and be prepared to buy a few rear fenders cuz those babies are going to start snapping off.. :YEAH

Re: Slow Wheelies

i hurt myself quite a few times on the two-stroke 65 that my roomate had. I'd say learn on a 4-strole, because of the predictablility.

Re: Slow Wheelies

Buy a yz250F. wheelies are effortless. Or a 450F if your feelin saucy.

wheelie a 2 stroke dirtbike, then hop on a 4 stroke. Cant say enouph on how badash they are to ride.
