Damn rear bolt for cage wont come off. HELP

Damn rear bolt for cage wont come off. HELP
Can anyone tell me if I need to take the bike to the dealer to get the rear motor mount bolt off for the '031k. My tools fit but still can't budge it. HELP

Ride the bike for a while to get it nice and hot and then try pulling the bolt.
