Anyone using one of these in their F4i?

Wondering if anyone can tell me what color wires (from the F4i loom) hook up with the Acrebis wires. The Acerbis wires have 6 wires total, all of which are the same color - how jacked up is that?

Anyone have a picture would help out a lot.

If you look twice there's 2 different colors. There should be 3 light colored and 3 darker. I don't remember how how to hook it up from there though.

 

you dont cut into the wiring harness at all..... you cut the wires were they connect to the head light. then just reconnect em to the acerbis headlights

 

Don't have the factory headlight, nor the wires from the headlight...only have the wires on the main loom.

Any help appreciated.

hope that helps. the 6 wires is not a big deal i promise. you need to find the wire that are 'hot' (12v) when switch is on and 'dead' (0v) when switch is off. good luck

 

you put the ground to the green one and the other one to the blue and white one.
had the same prob.

 

ground one wire and the other touch it to one wire at a time till it lights up and then when it does twist it up and your done

 

Ok, got the wiring figured out.

Anyone keeping the stock fairing stay and gauges and using the Acerbis light? Got any pics of how you mounted it?
