Alright I changer the clutch cable and opened the case to look at the plates and springs to check if worn. after I reassembled it the bike wont engadge into gear stalls when I drop it into 1st.

 

take the plates out and redo!! there is a smaller plate all the way at the back, w/a retaining ring, these must be in place.

 

The arm comming out of the clutch, the one the cable pulls, might be off. It has teeth and you line it up just right as you put the clutch cover back on. You might have it behind one tooth, so when the cable it pulled it doesnt have enough leverage to disengage the clutch plates.
