Sprocket Size Chart? +15 = 65 tooth?? Somebody help here!

I know the Kawi stock rear sprocket sizes, and the honda rear stock sprocket sizes. But sometimes talkin to people I don't know what their bikes stock sprocket size is, and they only tell you tooth size.

Why do people say tooth size, rather than the old up 20 or +20. Why don't they say how many teeth they have gone up in the back vs. what size sprocket they have now. I get confused.

Is there a chart with every make and model's stock sprocket size?? So for example, I could see what a 58 tooth sprocket is on a gsxr750? I get confused...
Whenever I tell people what i'm geared, I don't tell them I have a 60 tooth on my 9, I say I am +10, or up 10. Is that the cooler way or something?

really baked, sorry its so long.
