So, I've had this happen twice now on my f4i in a month or so now of everyday driving. I'll be shifting through the gears, and when I hit ~4th gear both times I just heard CLANK CLANK CLANK and both times I thought I blew my motor. I pulled in my clutch, shifted gears, and everything was working fine again. Any ideas why the hell it did this?

change the oil... drain it good... 4th gear will be gone one of these days..
