If they are just some fairing bolts (which are normally pretty loose), grab some needle nose pliers and turn.

for faring bolts, as stated above since they are usually pretty loose. you can drill a small hole right in the middle of the head of the bolt, stick a nal or somethin in it, or better another smaller bolt. put in some 2 part epoxy, some of that stuff will dry in as little as like an hour, then come out and very gentry try to unscrew that bolt. if you jerk it, it will more than likely just break at the epoxy

how rashed are the bolts and what kind? can ya grab them with vice grip and turn them?

You should be able to tap them out. Buy a kit at your local hardware store. It's kind of like a drill bit but you drill it in backwards. Once the bit grabs, it easily turns the screw out. Simple and easy.
