Remove the cotter pin and the pin that connects the lever to the master. Once that is removed you can loosen the nut on the top then turn the threaded rod til its were you want it and retighten the nut on top.

you have a screw on axle that is connected to RB...don't know how to explain it better...
RB was little bit too high when doin standups on 636, at least for my taste....but if you lower it too much, it sucks for sitdowns...find some middle...
