I have had the best luck bleeding the handbrake with the caliper opened up all the way first.

Re: 636...Fullthrottle handbrake setup

I got a 04 R1 master cylinder off of eBay for mine. It gives you a ton more room to move things around. Any new radial style masters will work better, new gixxers, 1000RR's, 04-05 R1's etc. I also did some grinding on the stock clutch perch and the big know to adjust your cable. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow for you.

Re: 636...Fullthrottle handbrake setup

I just installed my hb this weekend, its pimp i have the break mounted under the clutch. It took a little while to get used to it but I like it. The hb is kind of wierd I was working with it today and had some luck. I think its just gonna take some time to get used to it.

The HB right? Um haven't really rode it..Just down to end of street back to test the brakes..Seems like it locks up really easy. Easier than the rear brake

Re: 636...Fullthrottle handbrake setup

Yep. that way you don't have to cover the rear brake with your foot, you just do the same with a lever! Now you can scrape high chairs and such, and have a bit more control.

Disturbed....nice looking setup...couldn't really tell, is there an adapter at the footbrake part where you connected the lines from the hb? Or is there a completely seperate line?
