help to remove clip on/handlebar

it says in the manual i need a special tool to remove the center nut, i have a 2003 gsxr 600 that i am fixing, can someone tell me what size it is or name of the tool, cuz the manual only shows a part number for the tool. also can it be bought off an auto store? been searching ebay but, have no clue what to put for the search criteria to find the tool. thanks.
