Re: SALVAGE TITLE/ InSPECTION

It's different in all states so you gotta find some1 from where your from. uick overview of Pa's process of salvage title.

1. Get bike back to 100% stock condition (Keep all receipts)
2. Take 4 pics frt, back, side to side
3. Get it inspected have that mechanic fill out a MV-!!!-form(you'll attach your pics, receipts, and inspection sticker inside this form)
4. Take form to a notary they send it to gov.
5. Wait a few weeks and hope that your rebuilt title comes in or else it gets rejected because bike wasn't built back to stock

Pritty easy to do if you buy a bike that someone you know has. You can borrow their body kit to get it inspected and everything so your pics are good then take it off after paper work gets sent in and then run it streetfighter legally.

Re: SALVAGE TITLE/ InSPECTION

In VA I had to get the bike back to stock, pay the guy at a local shop to write me some fake reciepts, call the DMV and tell them you need an inspection to have the title cleared, wait a long a** time for them to call you back, take the bike up to the DMV (trailor), and have a State Trooper inspect the bike. It was pretty easy to do, it just took forever. The dude that inspected was cool as hell too, he just walked around the bike 1 time, told me to get a new chain and signed it off. I got my title that day, it has a stamp that says it was rebuilt though.

Re: SALVAGE TITLE/ InSPECTION

wow your guys states suck!!!!! all you gotta do here is get the bike "road worthy", make an appointment to get it inspected, and have recipts, and a form where you write what you did to make it street legal, my bike passed with a dirtbike headlight, 12 bar, cage, no fairings, side marker lights that i used as turnsignals, and a huge *** sprocket. i thought it was a pain but it sounds like you guys went through alot more
