Bike in a Cargo VAn??
hey I need to pick a bike up and I don't have a truck or trailer but can get a cargo van (the ones that are open in the back). Has anyone done this before or do you think a sportbike would fit in the back of one of these?

yes it will fit............... **** u can put 3 in there if its a fullsize van and u take yer time gettin them in just right

if yer lookin for tie down points use the seat boxes ( the steel frames that bolt to the floor/frame and then the front seats are bolted to them)......... another good spot is the seat belt brackets they are even stronger if u starp to them at the floor where the brackets bolt right to the sheet metal

I agree with sclevela(kinda makes me chuckle) he has it exact.... I fit my bike in the back with work shelves on both sides full of tools...... no problem at all..... in fact drove mine home for 3 hrs without it moving.....BUT... watch your head when your pullen it out......been whacked a few times....still have not learned

no we(I ) have a ramp..... and my driveway is really steep.... so at the bottom the bumper is 4 inches off the ground

I got my eye set on a safari cargo van right now but I also hope it's gonna be long enough. I know one bike will fit but I want to put two in it. I think it would be wide enough but maybe not long enough because the bikes would be behind the seats not in between.

I put two 954's in there and rolled a xr80 backwards in it.
Rolled to the wig split like that last year, and probably again this yr.
